Do you ever wonder...
What if education was something we could create, not just consume? What would it be like to design your own learning experience to explore a question, challenge, or passion – at any season in life?
Last February, 25 teammates from Leo Burnett decided to tackle that question while in the workplace….and now they are ready to share their stories.
Over the past 3 months, this group has been prototyping a new approach to learning called Leo Leaps. In partnership with our friends at Experience Institute, each of the participants designed a project to explore and gain deeper understanding around a question or passion.
They've met regularly to learn and work together. And now, on May 18th, we're hosting an intimate gathering for you to hear their stories.
You will have a front-row seat to hear why they joined, what they attempted, what challenges they faced, and what they learned along the way.
Also, we're excited to announce that we'll be launching applications for a Summer Cohort of Leo Leaps. Applications will be open to staff from Leo Burnett for the month of May at bit.ly/leoleaps. If you're interested in learning more, please be sure attend.
